The Green Fairy
1 oz Absinthe
1 oz water
2 tsp egg white
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Juice of 1 lemon
1. Mix ingredients together in a martini shaker with ice and shake thoroughly
2. Strain into martini or absinthe glass and serve
